When I first got the call from Brandon about a year ago to inquire about wedding photography I was elated to hear they found me on a google search! They were planning their destination wedding from Arizona, where at the time, Same-Sex marriage was not yet legalized. I am happy to say that it has been recognized in Arizona since October 2014! Yay!

Temecula was the perfect spot for these two to wed since they had so many friends and family from Arizona and California joining them for this celebration.

Everything about this wedding was just so lovely. I immediately fell in love with Ponte Winery upon arriving for Alex & Brandon’s big day. The weather was exceptional, and the grounds were breath taking.

I have to say… seeing the entire bridal party enjoying chilled white wine while getting ready definitely had me thinking, “This really is the best day ever… Could two people get married at a better location than a winery!?” – The wine-o in me says… no, absolutely not.

The suits Alex & Brandon wore, the yellow and gray color scheme… really, all the details from their wedding logo to the floral *by The Pink Daffodil and the sun glasses sitting next to a sign that said, “Don’t be blinded by our love” just gave us butterflies all day!

And the barrel room where they had their reception?? Beyond romantic…
