Cindy had it right – obviously… and so did the girls in this bridal party! I had no idea what I was in store for when I showed up for this 9 hour shoot to begin capturing Courtney & Marks wedding at Wedgewood Vellano Country Club. I met the ladies at their hotel room at the Ayres Hotel just down the road from the country club. I walked into girls giggling and squealing like they were 15 but drinking and joking like they were 30. I have never met such a lively group of women at any wedding – ever. I LOVED it. These girls had me in tears because I was laughing so hard and it was non-stop all day long.

Courtney, the gorgeous bride, was actually the most subdued of the group. She laughed with her friends as she got ready for her big day, and I caught her really taking in these moments with her closest friends. Dressed in their baby pink bridesmaids robes, hair in curlers, champagne in hand – it was like being in the middle of a comedy set. I could instantly tell how much they adored Courtney and each other… I had an absolute blast with this wedding party and truly enjoyed working with Courtney and Mark.

I’m keeping tonight’s blog short and sweet because – well, frankly, I’m swamped! Business is really moving for me just 2 1/2 months into building my own business. I am making some amazing connections and thanks to this blog – I’m already coming up in google searches!! Yahoo!!! (pun intended… I wonder if I come up in Yahoo searches… does anyone even use Yahoo as a search engine anymore??) I am working like crazy, staying incredibly busy and loving every second of it… but I digress. Onto some really fun photos from yet another beautiful Wedgewood Vellano wedding!
